Greenburgh's Elmwood Country Club Sold For $13M
The club had previously announced that 76 employees would be laid off.
GREENBURGH, NY — The Elmwood Country Club in Greenburgh has been purchased by a New Jersey-based developer. Florham Park, NJ’s Ridgewood Real Estate Partners paid $13 million for the 119.5-acre member-owned club on Dobbs Ferry Road.
