Headed To Super Bowl, Fire Chief Bill Gets To See Fave Team Play
The former fire chief is battling brain cancer and had going to the Super Bowl on his bucket list.

TARRYTOWN, NY — If someone had written this story as a screenplay, people would say it was too good to be true. “Fire Chief Bill,” who has Stage 4 brain cancer and who was given tickets to the upcoming Super Bowl because it was on his bucket list, will actually get the opportunity to see his favorite team play.
Bill Duggan, a Mount Kisco resident who lives in Jets and Giants country, is a New England Patriots fan, and his favorite team will face off against the Philadelphia Eagles Feb. 4, lohud.com said.
As word about Duggan’s list wish got out, NFL officials heard about it and on Dec. 10, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell surprised the former fire chief with coveted tickets to the Super Bowl.
