On August 17th at 1pm, Greenburgh Town Hall Intern Liam Lobl who has been working with Town Supervisor Paul Feiner much of the past year, will be hosting an educational event outlining his recent work in the field of space policy. The event will be held at Town Hall Over the course of the past year, Liam has been working on a Space Policy TV Show on the Greenburgh Public Access TV and website, in which he has interviewed a wide variety of professionals from the European Space Agency, Elliott School of International Affairs, European Space Policy Institute, and International Institute of Space Law. His interviews have also been published on the Elliot School and IISL websites.
If you are interested in getting involved with or learning more about the field of space policy, including the major issues space policy professionals must address, as well as jobs in the space sector that will become necessary to combat these issues, we urge you to attend. In the coming decades, outer space will become one of the largest industries in the world, with numerous issues to address across all sectors. Forming a basic understanding of these issues and the ways that they can be combated will be essential as space technology is adopted into all forms of businesses and everyday life. The event will include informative posters, video clips from the interviews discussing various issues in detail, and a presentation on the field of space policy.
