VENDORS WANTED FOR GREENBURGH FARMERS MARKET ON THURSDAYS....LINK TO SCARSDALE INQUIRER ARTICLE ABOUT GREENBURGH INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

45 Greenburgh College and high School students completed the Greenburgh summer internship program this past week. The Scarsdale Inquirer wrote an article highlighting the work the students did. Link below (which includes a great photo of all the student participants). The internship program is coordinated by Town Clerk Judith Beville. If you know of any student who would like to learn more about their local government and participate in town government activities - please e mail me at pfeiner@greenburghny.com. Our goal: to inspire tomorrow's leaders. And to provide students with the opportunity to learn about their local government. This years student interns were smart, creative and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

Thanks to our excellent speakers- Among them- J.T. Rogers (winner of the TONY award best play in 2017 OSLO; Meredith Vieira. former co-host of the TODAY SHOW, former Assistant Secretary General for Peacebuilding Support at the United Nations Judy Cheng Hopkins; Barrett Seaman, a former TIME magazine correspondent, White House correspondent and editor and current writer and editor for the Hudson independent. There were many other exceptional speakers. We're currently preparing a video which will highlight the speakers and activities.
