On January 1, 2024 the Hindu community celebrated the opening of the Durga Temple of Westchester. The Temple is located at 1880 SawMill River Road in Greenburgh.

The Temple is beautiful, a credit to the founders who worked so hard to create a temple for the community and by the community. We created a You tube video of the highlights of the opening day celebration. We live in a town that embraces different nationalities, fosters diversity and promotes inclusivity. A vibrant community is made up of people with different traditions and experiences.
