Marine Corps Veteran Greg Lobato Hired by Sleepy Hollow PD
It took the 36-year-old more than a year to finally get hired.

Marine Corps veteran Greg Lobato of Sleepy Hollow was finally hired this week by his hometown police department, after being denied twice over the past year.
Lobato will start with the force on July 1 and enter the police academy about a month later, reports The Journal News.
His hiring was believed to have been held up due to internal politics on the Board of Trustees, according to some. Lobato’s sister, Jennifer Lobato-Church, is deputy mayor of the village.
