Marinelli's pharmacy encouraging residents to get vaccine, flu shots

During the worst months of the Covid pandemic when vaccines were difficult to obtain, Marinelli's Village Pharmacy stepped up and provided enormous help to many seniors and residents of Greenburgh. They did more than most in trying to help those who desperately needed the vaccine successfully obtain them. Every time an elderly resident called me or the Covid Angels Committee begging for a vaccine, we would call Marinelli's and most of the time -they figured out a way to help. Later, when vaccines were more plentiful and when people were scared to go inside buildings they offered residents outdoor vaccine shots. People liked going there for their vaccines because most of the time there were no lines or short waits.
If you need a flu shot or vivalent covid vaccine Marinelli's Village Pharmacy is ready to help again during the fall/winter of 2022/3. The location is at 31 E Main Street, Elmsford (telephone 592-8211Many people are not taking the flu shots and Covid booster shots. I think it's a mistake. We expect a difficult winter - expect more people to test positive. By taking the flu shot and booster you will be reducing the possibility of serious illness, hospitalization or death.
