Meeting To Explore Ways To Make Route 9 Pedestrian, Bicyclist Friendly

The community is invited to learn about the project, the potential design alternatives and to get involved with the plan.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — A meeting will be held Thursday, Oct. 19 to talk about making Broadway safe for pedestrians and bicyclists. According to organizers, the “Route 9 Active Transportation Conceptual Design Plan” is designed to bring together residents, merchants and government officials with transportation professionals.

The meeting will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Warner Library, 121 North Broadway in Tarrytown.
