New Principal Selected For Elmsford District
He is coming from Sleepy Hollow Middle School in Tarrytown where he was assistant principal.

ELMSFORD, NY — A new principal will be taking over at Alexander Hamilton Junior/Senior High School in the Elmsford school district. Dr. Marc P. Baiocco, superintendent of schools, said in a letter Aug. 1 that Joseph Engelhardt was selected principal and was expected to be appointed at the board of education meeting Aug. 2.

Baiocco said Engelhardt “brings extensive experience related to teaching and learning to the district as a mathematics, science and business teacher and assistant principal.”
He was selected from a pool of 110 applicants.
