Park Improvements in Greenburgh Paid for By Developers Fees
No taxpayer money is being spent on the new features.
GREENBURGH, NY — Improvements going on at De Santi Plaza in Greenburgh are not costing the taxpayers anything.
New features will include new landscaping, flagpoles, walkways and a Veterans Monument, according to the Journal News, and will cost $250,000 taken from an account in which developers fees are deposited.
