The state Department of Transportation has closed a portion of Rt. 9A northbound in Elmsford due to a water main break this morning, officials announced.
The right lane has been blocked off north of I-287 for up to eight hours.
Additionally, 9A northbound between Payne Street and Beaver Hill Road also has been closed.
