Readers' Choice: Your Favorite Place to Spend St. Patrick's Day

Our next poll visits the pubs and places of St. Patty's Day; weigh in here.

Whether you plan to celebrate St. Patrick's Day attending a mass or enjoying traditional Irish food and drink, chances are you have a favorite place to go every year on March 17. (Even if you already whooped it up on Sunday at our Villages' .)

A good church service, green beer, Irish soda bread or perfectly poured Guiness are just some of the things that the Irish (and others) seek on St. Patrick's Day. The day is meant to celebrate Saint Patrick, the most commonly recognized of the patron saints of Ireland and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. It is considered the largest Saint's day celebration in the world.

So where do you go dressed in green to celebrate your Irish heritage, or to pretend "to be Irish for a day" on St. Pat's? Vote in our poll and then tell us more about why in the comments (or add something we missed and we'll include it in the poll).

And note: Because the poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.
