Route 9 Upgrades Coming To Tarrytown
The project includes a new turning lane and traffic signal.

TARRYTOWN, NY — Plans for upgrades to Route 9 were unveiled Wednesday to Tarrytown area residents by the state Thruway Authority and Department of Transportation. The project concerns the stretch of Route 9 that is near the I-287 overpass.
The plan includes a new turning lane and a traffic signal, along with connecting into the walking and baking path across the new Gov. Mario M. Cuomo bridge, the Journal News said.
