Ruth's Chris in Tarrytown Participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week runs March 7-20, 2016.

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Tarrytown will participate in the spring staging of Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) with both prix-fixe lunch and prix-fixe dinner service. Some of the 231 restaurants signed up for the program offer dinner only.

The regular menus with the regular prices charged for dishes are also available as an option for patrons.

The HVRW three-course menus (lunch at $20.95 and dinner at $29.95) at the 231 participating restaurants do not include tax, gratuity and in most cases, beverage cost. For the $20.95 lunch menu to be offered at Ruth's Chris, see the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week website.

Saturdays are excluded at Ruth's Chris and lunch is offered Monday-Friday. The $29.95 dinner menu follows:

Starters (chose one)

  1. Roasted tomato soup
  2. Steak House salad with house vinaigrette

Entrées (chose one)

  1. Eight-oz filet mignon. Tender cut of Midwestern beef
  2. Salmon. Fresh salmon broiled and served over a tomato with a cilantro lime butter
  3. Stuffed chicken breast. Oven-roasted, free-range double chicken breast stuffed with garlic herb cheese and served with lemon butter

Side items (choose one)

  1. Creamed spinach
  2. Garlic mashed potatoes

Entrée optional additions

  1. Bleu cheese crust ($5)
  2. Six large shrimp ($15)

Additional charge
Sixteen-ounce steak ($12.95)

Desserts (chose one)

  1. Bread pudding with whiskey sauce
  2. Ice ceam
  3. Sorbet
