Sexual Harassment Suit Settled by Dunkin' Donuts Franchise Owner
The settlement included money and more.
TARRYTOWN, NY — A sexual harassment lawsuit was settled for $150,000 by the owner of several Dunkin’ Donuts franchises in Westchester County.
A manager was accused of sexually harassing employees, some of whom were teenagers, at Elmsford, Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry stores owned by Tarrytown-based Hillcrest Marshall Inc., according to an article at the Journal News.
