
With his license suspended just a few days prior, a Tarrytown man was charged with DWI and other offenses after police pulled him over on Van Ripper Avenue.
Police made a traffic stop on Dec. 22 at 5:40 a.m. and found the man, 33, to have a suspended license for failure to answer a village summons on Dec. 20.
The car was impounded and the defendant was taken to headquarters where he was charged with:
- driving while intoxicated,
- driving with a suspended license,
- obstructing governmental administration,
- and unlawful possession of marijuana.
