State Cops Talk Jumper Down from Tappan Zee Bridge
The incident occurred before dawn Wednesday, The Journal News reportsed.
State police talked a potential jumper off the Tappan Zee Bridge on Wednesday morning, The Journal News reported.
State police told TJN the original call at 4:57 a.m. was about a disabled vehicle -- but a tow truck driver saw a man outside the railing on the southbound side at mid-span.
Police talked to him and sent him to Westchester Medical Center for evaluation.
