Street Closings Announced For Tarrytown Firemen's Parade

TARRYTOWN, NY — The Tarrytown Fire Department Firemen's Parade will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10. Police said traffic delays can be expected on Route 9 in the village between 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

There will be no parking on the following streets:

• Broadway, from Main Street to Benedict Avenue
• Main Street (both sides)
• Independence Street (both sides)
• Park Avenue (both sides)
• Miller Avenue at Independence Street

Parking will not be allowed on these streets during the posted hours.

Non-resident parking lots C and F will be closed (on the west side of the train station) at midnight Aug. 10.

Westchester County Bee-Line buses and Hudson Link buses will be running on alternate routes and times as a result of the parade.
