Teen Killed on MTA Tracks Monday Was Fordham Prep Student
The president of the school confirmed the boy was a sophomore.

The teenager killed by a Metro North train Monday was a student at Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx.
The school’s president confirmed that information Tuesday, according to an article on lohud.com.
Metropolitan Transportation Authority officials said the boy was on the tracks when the New York City-bound train struck him.

In a statement, the Rev. Christopher Devron said the Fordham Prep community was saddened by the death of a member of its sophomore class.
He added that crisis counselors will be on hand to support the school’s students, lohud.com said.
