town considering APP that will help you deliver service requests

Your thoughts wanted--what do you think of seeclickFix Work order system for the town of Greenburgh? Last week we implemented a work order system -enabling residents to request bulk pickup appointments on line. It's been a big success. As a follow up - we are looking into another innovation: seeclickfix.com. This is a 311 app that delivers service requests to governments around the world. Take a photo of potholes, give the location, add a description and click submit. Check out the APP.
