Police arrested the man after stopping to help a possible disabled vehicle.

A Yonkers man was arrested Friday after police said he had a blood alcohol content more than three times the legal limit.
Jason R. Korz, 41, of Yonkers was taken into custody when police stopped to render aid to a possible disabled vehicle on I-87 in Greenburgh.

Police said he was intoxicated and was taken to the Tarrytown barracks for processing.

Korz’s blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.26 percent.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Korz was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket to return to the Town of Greenburgh Court June 26.
