Registration is now in progress for Kripalu Yoga (Mondays and Thursdays 9 am and 6 pm), Beginning Tai Chi (Wednesdays 11 am and Saturday 10:30 am). Chi Gong (Thursdays 6 pm). All Tai Chi teachers are certified by the Arthritis Association.
