Following the success from last year – thanks to the generous community – Emma Clark Library once again has a “Mitten Tree.” The tree is conveniently located right in the library’s lobby and will be there until January 3rd. Simply hang items (new mittens, scarves, hats, gloves, or socks) right on the tree. All sizes are welcome and will be brought to local charities for those less fortunate.
Anyone (residents or nonresidents) is welcome to donate. Last year over 1,000 items were donated to the Mitten Tree!
Help share the gift of warmth this holiday season!
