Police Seek Help to Find Hit-and-Run Driver
Police say he struck a woman in a Long Island parking lot last month.
Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a man who they say struck a pedestrian and fled the scene in a Setauket parking lot last month.
According to police, a woman was in the parking lot of Walmart, located at 3990 Nesconset Highway, on April 25 at about 12:20 p.m. when she was struck by a gray Toyota that fled the scene.
Police released photos of the driver and the car on Wednesday.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
