Teen Girl Missing From Suffolk Group Home Since September
She left the home with another female resident last year and could possibly be in New York City, police say. Have you seen her?

STONY BROOK, NY — Erica Lathan, 17, has been missing since September when she left a Stony Brook group home. Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help in finding her.
Lathan voluntarily left a group home at 1413 Stony Brook Road on Sept. 3, 2019 around 8:50 p.m., police said. She left with another female resident and could possibly be in New York City.
Lathan is black, 5 feet 5 inches, about 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Lathan’s location to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652 or 911.
