1 Dead, 1 Injured In Shooting At Upper East Side Body Shop: NYPD
A 33-year-old man died after being shot in the head and shoulder on East 95th Street, cops said. A 43-year-old shop employee was also shot.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A 33-year-old employee of an Upper East Side auto body shop was killed Monday morning when he was shot in the head and shoulder by a man who police also then shot another employee before fleeing in a blue SUV after an argument, police said.
The shooting took place at 9:30 a.m. on East 95th Street, police said. A NYPD spokesman said there is not yet no known motive for the incident, which reportedly involved a man walking into the shop, getting into a verbal altercation with the shop employee and shooting the two men.
Both the 33-year-old victim and a 43-year-old man who was shot in the back were taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital Police said.

The 33-year-old victim, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police did not provide a condition on the other shop employee. Both men reportedly worked at NYC Auto, Inc.
Police said they are looking for a male suspect who is believed to be in a blue SUV after leaving the scene of the shooting.
