$13.5M Condo Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with seven deals closing over the $4 million mark, including five co-ops, one condo, and one townhouse, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a condo on Fifth Avenue that went for $13,500,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is located at 1049 Fifth Ave., near East 86th Street.

The pre-war condo, on the 19th floor of a 22-story building, was recently gut-renovated in 2022, and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a powder room, a media room, an eat-in kitchen, and two landscaped terraces overlooking Central Park. As the cherry on top, the home is also outfitted with wallpaper and fabrics by de Gournay and Hermes.
