$14.9M Co-op Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Contracts

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with three contracts signed worth over $4 million, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in the neighborhood that went into contract this week was a pre-war co-op went into contract while asking $14,950,000, the Olshan Report said.

The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is on East 64th Street between Madison and Park avenues.

Features include a library, an office, a double living room and formal dining room, and five wood-burning fireplaces. The building also includes a fitness center and doormen.
