$14M Co-op Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with eight deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper East Side sold this week was a pre-war co-op on Park Avenue that closed at $14,000,000, the Olshan Report said.

The six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom apartment is located at 895 Park Ave., near East 79th Street. Features include a sauna, a sweeping staircase, and period fireplace mantles.
