$18.5M Townhouse Tops UES Luxury Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with 11 deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home in Manhattan sold this week was a five-level townhouse on the Upper East Side that closed at $18,500,000, the Olshan Report said.

The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom townhouse is located at 165 East 64th St., between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue.

Features include designer finishes, a chef's kitchen, and approximately 1,900 square feet of outdoor space across a rooftop deck, a garden and a terrace.
