Oslo Coffee Roasters — 422 E. 75th St.

Yelp reviewer Helen T was a big fan: "If I could give Oslo 6 stars, I would. Honestly, it's been such a long time since I have found a coffee joint with a roast that I feel like I could develop an addictive relationship with. The roast at Oslo is buttery and smooth. It's a dark roast, so it has a bold flavor, but it's also incredibly well balanced!"

Cafe Jax — 318 E. 84th St.

Ashley S said: "Such a great find! Cafe Jax has everything I want in a cafe! Plenty of space indoors with an outside patio area too, excellent food, good coffee. Just an all-around great place."

Yelp reviewer Sasha G says this bar/coffe shop is "super dope": "This is a super dope coffee house, a dying breed indeed. I'm guilty of living around the corner of this coffee house and not being a regular here although I've been once before!"

Hannah M heaped praise on this coffee shop: "The cutest of cafes on the Upper East! Beanocchio is the perfect, quaint spot for breakfast or lunch. The interior is clean and adorably decorated, while the staff is very accomodating. There is a fair amount of seating.Start your day with their iced coffee. With or without syrup, we agreed that it's one of the smoothest coffees we've had, and at a good price point!"
