UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — City officials have ordered a neighborhood pub on Third Avenue and East 67th Street to close for racking up 45 violation points during a health inspection, records published Wednesday show.
Bedford Falls, a bar and restaurant located at 206 East 67th St., was ordered to close on Aug. 17 after inspectors reported evidence of mice, improper food-temperature controls, and other food-safety hazards, according to publicly available city records.
On Jan. 6, Bedford Falls was also issued 22 health code violations, including one for evidence of mice, according to the health department.

The bar will need to correct the violations before it can reopen.
