Luxury Cookie Shop To Open UES Locale
Cookies including brown-butter chocolate chip, brûléed banana caramel, blueberry muffin streusel, and more.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Last Crumb, a Williamsburg-based luxury cookie brand, is opening its first Upper East Side outpost, according to signage that recently went up in the neighborhood.
The treat purveyors will set up shop at 990 Lexington Ave., between East 71st and East 72nd streets, in what used to be Lauracea, a leather bag store.
Last Crumb was founded by Derek Jaeger in 2020, and has sold cookies in limited drops online — which sold out in seconds — until this spring, when it moved its operations to New York City and opened up its first brick-and-mortar shop in Williamsburg.

Cookies start at $8.50.
Signage for the new shop was first noticed by NewOpeningsNYC on Instagram.
