Upper East Side Pied-a-Terre/ Caretaking Arrangement

Experienced responsible caretaker seeking one-day-a week Upper East side arrangement. I am seeking a small room, studio or private space  I could use one day a week. I have been a live-in caretaker on Centre Island NY for more than thirty years and I am accustomed to to caring for a property with discretion, reliability and attention to detail. My other current community and professional roles include:

Docent at Explorers Club in NYC, University Librarian at LIU Post, Oyster Bay BayConstable, Volunteer with the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Archives. I am looking for a rent reduction in exchange for services, such as light household/property oversight, errands, organizing, checking on an apartment while the owner is away or other mutually agreed upon services. I am quiet, responsible, respectful of privacy and accustomed to long term stewardship of a home. I would be happy to provide references and meet in person.
