Ivana Trump's UES Townhouse Sells For $14M: City Docs

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A townhouse in Lenox Hill owned by Ivana Trump has sold for $14 million, a steep discount from its original listing price after nearly four years on the market, according to recently published property records.
The five-story townhouse, located at 10 East 64th St., between Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue, sold to an anonymous buyer on Feb. 27, city records show.
Constructed in 1879, the townhouse has 8,725 square feet of interior living space and 700 square feet of private outdoor space. The space includes ornate details like a swooping staircase, pink marble and gold trimmings, according to 6sqft.

The townhouse was originally listed for $26.7 million in 2022, after Trump died at age 73 inside her home from a fall down the stairs.
In the past year, the townhouse was defaced with disturbing graffiti, Patch previously reported.

Trump first purchased the home for $2.5 million in October 1992, according to property records. That was shortly after her divorce from President Donald Trump was finalized.
The sale of the townhouse was first reported by the Wall Street Journal.
