The new Upper East Side restaurant opened Monday with a menu featuring steaks, fish and other meat-centric dishes.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — There's a new dining option for meat lovers on the Upper East Side. Quality Eats — an expansion of the West Village restaurant of the same name — opened Monday night on the corner of East 78th Street and Second Avenue.
The restaurant's menu features several different cuts of steak all offered below $30 as well as other meaty dishes including a leg of lamb steak, grilled octopus and a $19 burger, according to its website. The menu also offers a number of creative cocktail offerings such as an old fashioned made with "peanut and Cracker Jack infused rye," and sparkling Negronis on tap.
Quality eats will be open daily and serve dinner from 5-10 p.m. on Sunday through Wednesday and from 5 p.m.-12 a.m. on Thursday through Saturday, according to the restaurant's website. The restaurant's bar will open at 4 p.m. daily.
