UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — The Open Streets program for restaurants on the Upper West Side has been a hit over the summer and fall, but there's a slight change taking place going into the winter.

The stretch of blocks participating in the Open Streets: Restaurants program in the neighborhood will shrink from its original 14-blocks to West 111th Street and Amsterdam Avenue to West 106th Street and Amsterdam Avenue.

The blocked-off area previously went from West 111th to West 97th Streets on Amsterdam.
