• Stony Point Police Department Construction May Limit Public Access (rocklandreport.com) — Valley Cottage residents should know that local ambulance and fire crews recently responded to a Sunday morning crash on Kings Highway, sending two people to Montefiore Nyack Hospital in stable condition. Nearby, construction at the Stony Point Police Department is temporarily limiting walk-in access, so residents are urged to call ahead for non-emergency assistance while normal 911 service continues.
