Join Foodtown of Valley Cottage as it celebrates 10 years of serving the local community with a special 10th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, September 12.
The celebration will feature a day of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, special anniversary savings, vendor tastings and prize raffles. Participating vendors will offer customers the opportunity to sample a selection of products, while special anniversary sales will be available throughout the store.
Foodtown of Valley Cottage opened its doors in 2016 and has grown into a 28,080-square-foot supermarket serving residents throughout Valley Cottage and the surrounding community. Owners Albert Tirado and Gabriel Estevez have enjoyed becoming part of the Valley Cottage community and building strong relationships with local residents and organizations over the past decade.
Foodtown's community involvement has included donating turkeys during the Thanksgiving season, supporting local schools, the Lions Club and food banks, and providing a 10% discount to first responders, teachers and senior citizens.
The anniversary celebration is an opportunity for Foodtown to thank the community for its support over the past 10 years and celebrate this milestone with customers, neighbors and friends.
