St. Francis Hospital’s new, state-of-the-art Community Outreach Van will be at the Library to provide free health screenings for individuals above the age of eighteen. The screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure testing and a simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes screening. The nurses will also provide appropriate patient education and referral information, as needed. Please note: The Community Outreach Van will be parked in the back parking lot of the Library.
