Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. Our staff offers a wide range of social and employment services, including: • Development of a personalized self-sufficiency plan • Case management and referrals • Employment services, job search skills, and work experience opportunities • Outreach and community support • Social and cultural adjustment assistance • English language support • Help with school, benefits, and local resource navigation • Transitional services and employment retention support We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. New York State Senator Michael Venditto, in partnership with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation &amp; Historic Preservation, is hosting a beach cleanup on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Jones Beach State Park West End 2.   All Long Island residents are invited to take part in the protection and improvement of our beautiful beaches and help prevent pollution from harming our oceans and marine life.   Residents of all ages are welcome to participate. Rubber gloves and garbage bags will be provided. All participants will be required to fill out a Volunteer Service Agreement, which can be signed at the event or obtained through Senator Venditto's website at <a href="http://venditto.nysenate.gov/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">venditto.nysenate.gov</a>.
