Long Island Non-Profit to Bestow Posthumously, Professional Excellence and Humanitarian Honor on Dr. Gary Rachlin at "Celebrating the Creativity of our Youth" Gala

Your Time For Creative Empowerment, Inc., a New York State
registered not-for-profit organization, is planning their 1st Annual Fundraising Gala scheduled to take place on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at
Leonard's of Great Neck, 555 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, New York.

A posthumous award will go to Dr. Gary Rachlin, who at the time of his death was the Director of Education and Family Practice Residency Program at Plainview Hospital and Director of Advanced Family Medicine, Bethpage, New York. Dr. Rachlin was an ardent supporter of his patients'
community service initiatives.

Funds raised will go towards the implementation of programs
and activities which have been especially crafted to provide tools that long
Island's youth can use in the successful navigation of the 21st Century life
challenges and pitfalls.
