Nassau Business Owner Robbed at Knifepoint Outside Her Store
BREAKING: Her attacker stole her purse and fled the scene. No one was hurt.

A Wantagh business owner was robbed a knife point Saturday evening outside her store.
According to detectives, a 45-year-old woman was in the rear of 3046 Merrick Rd. at 5:04 p.m. when a man approached her and asked about getting a massage. When the woman opened the rear door of her place of business, the man grabbed her by the neck and demanded money while holding a black knife. The woman said she had no money, and the man took her pocketbook, which contained cash, an iPhone and personal property, then fled out the rear door and ran south on Sycamore Street. No injuries were reported.
The man is described as 40 years old and 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
