Nassau Man With 3 Kids In Car Had BAC More Than 4 Times Legal Limit: Police
BREAKING: Police say the drunk driver nearly caused a crash with a state trooper before he was pulled over. The children were uninjured.

A Roosevelt man was arrested Sunday night for driving drunk with three children in the car with a blood-alcohol content more than four times the legal limit.
According to state police, at about 6:50 p.m., a trooper was driving west on the Southern State Parkway in Wantagh when his car was nearly hit by a 2002 GMC Yukon that swerved into his lane. The trooper stopped the car. Police say that the driver, Tanyaradzwa Munyoro, 30, was driving drunk. There were three children -- ages 8, 6 and 4 -- in the car.
Police say that tests showed Munyoro's blood-alcohol content was .35 percent -- more than four times the legal limit of .08. He was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage for evaluation, then transported to jail. The children, who were uninjured, were released to a relative.
