Nassau Police Charge 11 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Germain McCants, 34, of Hempstead, was arrested on Grenada Avenue and Nassau Road in Roosevelt on Dec. 8.
• Robert W. Jimenez, 37, of North Bellmore, was arrested on Merrick Road and Newbridge Road in Bellmore on Dec. 8.
• Frank Montana, 39, of Freeport, was arrested on South Service Road in East Hills on Dec. 8.
• Scott P. Murphy, 30, of Old Bethpage, was arrested on Hempstead Turnpike and Prospect Avenue in East Meadow on Dec. 8
• Xiting Lin, 39, of Jericho, was arrested between exits 39 and 40 on the Long Island Expressway in Old Westbury on Dec. 8.
• William R. Zagami, 26, of Great Neck, was arrested on Bayview Avenue in Manhasset on Dec. 8.
• Kevin Chavez-Henriquez, 22, of Hempstead, was arrested on Herricks Road and Bedford Avenue in Garden City Park on Dec. 9.
• Patrick R. Devlin, 25, of Nesconset, and Sally G. Shukry, 33, of Glen Cove, were arrested on Glen Cove Road in East Hills on Dec. 9.
• Edgar O. Sarmiento, 27, of Parkville, was arrested at exit 34 of the Long Island Expressway in North Hills on Dec. 9.
• Rafael Henriquez, 51, of the Bronx, was arrested on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset on Dec. 9.
• Tariq R. Jawahir, 21, of Queens Village, was arrested on Fletcher Avenue and Greenway Boulevard in North Valley Stream on Dec. 10.
