- Sept. 18: Ranser Reyes, 25, the Bronx, charged on Post Avenue and Northern State Parkway in Westbury.
- Sept. 18: Wendy B. Greenblatt, 59, of Woodbury, charged on Ronni Drive in East Meadow.
- Sept. 19: Wairimu Njiiri, 27, of Freeport, charged on Hempstead Turnpike and Seaford Oyster Bay in Bethpage.
- Sept. 19: Kevin S. Quezada, 22, of New Hyde Park, charged on Old Courthouse Road and Shelter Rock Road in Manhasset.
- Sept. 19: Yuberki A. Adames, 39, of Freeport, charged on Nassau Boulevard and Hempstead Turnpike in West Hempstead.
- Sept. 19: Jae P. Choi, 51, of Syosset, charged on Old Country Road and Urban Avenue in New Cassel.
- Sept. 20: Yvans Boucicaut, 38, of West Hempstead, charged at McDonalds, located on Hempstead Avenue in West Hempstead.
- Sept. 20: Rosa Villegas, 59, of Inwood, charged on Merrick Avenue in Westbury.
- Sept. 20: Brenden A. Merriweather, 31, of Port Washington, charged on Northern Boulevard and Port Washington Boulevard in Flower Hill.
- Sept. 20: Ruben A. Barillas-Interiano, 46, of Hempstead, charged on Front Street and High Street in Hempstead.
- Sept. 20: William Weis, 27, of East Rockaway, charged on E Voss Avenue and Waverly Avenue in East Rockaway.
- (Date not listed): Birol Alkan, 28, of Roslyn Heights, charged on Plimpton Avenue and Willow Street in Roslyn Heights.
