Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. A 33-year-old Seaford man who worked as a bartender at Smuggler Jack's Bar Restaurant &amp; Bar in Massapequa is accused of stealing more than $15,000 from the business. According to police, George Katsihtis stole the money between June and October 2015. He was arrested on Merrick Road in Seaford at 5:15 p.m. Monday, police said.Katsihtis is charged with third degree grand larceny. He was due to be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Tuesday.
