Seaford Gas Station Robbed at Gunpoint
The robbery occurred Saturday night, police say.

Police are searching for a man who robbed a Seaford gas station at gunpoint Saturday night.
According to police, the man entered the BP station, located at 3914 Sunrise Highway at the corner of Jackson Avenue, at about 10:49 p.m. Armed with a handgun, the man demanded money from the lone employee at the station.
The employee complied and the robber fled on foot southbound on Jackson Avenue with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

No injuries were reported. The robber was described as black, 5-foot-7, 160 pounds, with a thin build. He was wearing a black T-shirt with a white logo, jeans and a gray bucket hat, police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the robbery to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
