Three Caught in the Act of Burglarizing Seaford Home: Police
BREAKING: Police arrested three men and charged them with breaking into a neighbor's house.

Nassau County police arrested three men and charged them with attempting to break into a neighbor's home Sunday night.
According to detectives, Seventh Precinct officers received a call for a burglary in progress at a Naomi Street residence in Seaford at 8:50 p.m. When the first officer arrived, he discovered William F. Moody, 19, Jesse M. Dworken, 26, and Luke W. O’Neill, 25, all of Naomi Street, in the rear yard of the home. The three men were detained in the yard while the officers conducted an investigation.
According to police, during the investigation, it was determined that O’Neill had entered the home through a rear window and unlocked a side door allowing Moody and Dworken to enter the home. The three men were placed under arrest without incident. There were no proceeds removed from the residence.

All three are charged with second-degree burglary and were arraigned on Monday at First District Court in Hempstead.
