Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano was at Station 2 in Levittown Wednesday morning to introduce the county's new Yellow Dot program.

Residents who put a yellow sticker on their car alert emergency workers that vital information is contained in the glove compartment of their vehicle. This helps emergency workers during the first critical minutes of a crash.

The program complements the Vial of Life program, which alerts emergency workers of the location of similar documents in a person's home.
